Arts and Crafts Fair Vendor Application
PLEASE NOTE
1. The Arts and Craft Fair is for handmade items only. Applications submitted for non-handmade items will be denied and money refunded.
2. To avoid duplicate vendors, we limit the number of vendors per craft. Crafts which fill up quickly include wreaths, jewelry, quilted and crochet items.
IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION:
1. Fair hours are from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
2. You may set up on Friday, November 21st, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM or on Saturday at 7:30 AM.
3. Faith Church is not responsible for any loss of property. Outdoor vendors, please set up your products on Saturday morning.
4. Vendors must arrive before 8:30 AM to set up, or you could be denied your space.
5. Be ready by 9:00 AM, the day of the event.
5. Vendors who leave before 2:45 PM, may be prevented from being invited in future years.
6. Guests will receive a map upon arrival. It is important that you stay in your assigned space.
7. Day of event vendor parking: Please park in the grass on the south side of the church to provide better parking for those attending the Craft fair.
To reserve your space, application and payment must be received by October 18, 2025. No refunds available, all donations will go to the Faith Church Deacons Fund.
