PLEASE NOTE
1. The Arts and Crafts Fair is for handmade items only. Vendors who submit an application for non-handmade items will be denied a spot and refunded.
2. In order to avoid duplicate vendors, we will be limiting certain vendors. These include vendors of crafts such as Wreaths, Jewelry, and Crochet items.

Please note: We are already at capacity for our jewelry, quilt, crochet vendors and table runners. If you are a vendor for any of these categories, your application will not be accepted.

Please describe all the items you are displaying for sale as we are trying not to duplicate as much as possible. Keep in mind you will be allowed to sell only those items.

IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION:
1. Fair hours are from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
2. You may set up on Friday, November 15th, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM or on Saturday at 7:30 AM.
3. Faith Church is not responsible for any loss of property. Outdoor vendors, please set up your products on Saturday morning.
4. Vendors must arrive before 8:30 AM to set up, or you could be denied your space.
5. Be ready by 9:00 AM, the day of the event.
5. Vendors who leave before 3:00 PM, may be prevented from being invited in future years.
6. Guests will receive a map upon arrival. It is important that you stay in your assigned space.

To reserve your space, application and payment must be received by October 18, 2024. No refunds available, all donations will go to the Faith Church Deacons Fund.
